Cancelation Policy

Purpose

Our cancellation policy ensures a fair arrangement for both users and practitioners, recognizing the value of time and the nature of appointments.

Notification Window

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will incur no charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling

  • Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without any penalty.
  • If both the user and the practitioner agree, sessions can be rescheduled within the 48-hour window, but this is at the discretion of the practitioner.

Refunds

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed based on the above timelines. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

  • In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, users or practitioners can contact our support team to explain the situation. Exceptions to the cancellation fees may be made on a case-by-case basis.
